Wood Composite Crusher

Wood chipper is a professional equipment for preparing various high-quality wood chips, which is used for wood chip production in paper mills, particle board mills, and fiber board mills.

Wood chipper can cut logs, branches, board skins, waste veneers, bamboo, cotton stalks and other non-wood fiber stems into chips of certain standards, which are used as the basic raw materials for particle board, fiber board, non-wood artificial board and pulp and paper making. The machine consists of a machine base, a knife roller, upper and lower feeding rollers, a conveyor belt, a hydraulic system and other parts. The wood is fed in from the feed port. When the wood contacts the cutting blade, it is cut with the high-speed rotation of the cutting disc. The cut wood chips are sent out in the cutting chamber by the high-speed air flow generated by the fan blades on the cutting disc.
