Our board splicing machine is a high-efficiency and intelligent woodworking equipment specially developed for solid wood panel processing. It adopts mature high-frequency heating bonding technology and integrated hydraulic pressing system, which can quickly splice short wood strips, finger-jointed boards and irregular raw materials into large-area standard panels. Widely applicable to furniture production, wooden door processing, solid wood flooring, cabinet board manufacturing and other scenarios, it perfectly solves the problems of low utilization rate of wood raw materials and slow manual splicing efficiency for wood processing enterprises.
 
This splicing equipment is equipped with an automatic PLC intelligent control panel and a humanized touch screen operation interface, realizing one-key automatic feeding, positioning, pressing, heating, curing and discharging. Compared with traditional cold pressing and hot pressing machines, it shortens the glue curing time from several hours to 1-3 minutes, greatly improving production output. At the same time, the machine supports precise adjustment of pressure, temperature and time parameters, with uniform vertical and lateral pressure distribution, ensuring tight splicing seams, flat board surface and high bonding strength, not easy to crack or deform in later use.
