Product Description: Wood grinders come in a variety of models, primarily powered by an electric motor and equipped with over 84 sharp blades. Their operating capacity ranges from 3 to 10 tons/hour. After entering the feed port, the wood chips pass through the cutting mechanism, pulverizing mechanism, and fan system, resulting in high-quality wood powder. The entire system is compact, typically driven by a single electric motor, offering a streamlined layout, a small footprint, and easy installation and operation.

Product Applications: Scraps, wood chips, and other waste generated during wood processing and furniture manufacturing can be processed into sawdust using a wood mill. This sawdust can then be reused as raw material for wood-based panels such as particleboard, sawdust board, and high-density fiberboard, thus achieving wood resource recycling. 1. In the fuel pellet manufacturing industry, sawdust produced by sawdust mills is a high-quality raw material for biomass pellet fuel. After processing in a molding machine, it can be made into a solid fuel with a density of 0.8-1.4 g/cm³ and a calorific value of 3500-5500 kcal, replacing traditional energy sources such as raw coal and liquefied petroleum gas. 2. In the industrial boiler fuel industry, processed sawdust can be directly used as fuel for industrial boilers, biomass power plants, and biogasification boilers, addressing the environmental concerns of traditional coal-fired boilers. 3.
