Drum Wood Chipper

Drum wood chipper can cut logs, branches, board skin, waste veneer, bamboo, cotton stalks and other non-wood fiber stems into flakes of certain specifications, which are used as the basic raw materials for particleboard, fiberboard, non-wood artificial board and pulp and paper making.

Drum wood chipper has advanced structure, high quality of crushing wood chips, wide adaptability of raw materials, convenient operation and maintenance. The machine consists of machine base, knife roller, upper and lower feeding rollers, conveyor belt and other parts.

The base of drum wood chipper is welded with high strength steel plate, which is the supporting foundation of the whole machine; two flying knives are installed on the knife roller, and the flying knives are fixed on the knife roller by specially manufactured flying knife bolts through pressure blocks; according to the different thickness of the raw materials to be cut, the upper feeding roller assembly floats up and down within a certain range; the qualified wood chips cut down fall through the mesh holes, and there is a bottom row, and the large wood chips will be cut again in the machine.
