Automatic feeding and clamping: Variable frequency/servo driven conveyor belt/roller feeding, with self adaptive pressure from the upper pressure roller, ensuring stable feeding and preventing material jamming. 3. Adjustable thickness/width: Quickly switch between different finished product thicknesses/widths by changing spacers or fine tuning the saw blade spacing. 4. Spindle: High precision spindle and imported bearings, with built in water cooling, reducing vibration and noise, and extending saw blade life. 5. Safety protection: Fully enclosed guard, infrared sensing, emergency stop and braking reduce workplace injuries and dust.
Product Introduction: The multi blade rip saw for lumber can cut various sizes of wood, featuring upper and lower dual shaft multi blade circular saws with synchronous drive, completing multiple longitudinal cuts in a single pass, with a cutting height between 10-300mm.
